prosíme Vás, abyste se na počátku pobytu v našich apartmánech seznámili s těmito pokyny. Věříme, že se uvedená omezení, která byla přijata z důvodu vytvoření dobrých podmínek pro pobyt všech našich hostů, setkají s Vaším pochopením.
The accommodation is possible on the day of arrival from 14.00 to 18.00. It is possible to arrange a later arrival by phone. Reservation is valid on the day of arrival until 18:00.
The guest will be accommodated upon presentation of a valid ID, passport.
The guest takes rooms without defects (guest will be aware of the object manager).
If the room or other equipment is damaged in the building, the guest has to pay the damage. If the damage does not cover the bail, the guest has to agree on the next payment.
The guest leaves the Villa on the day of departure until 10:00. The house manager will personally take over the rooms and then give you back the deposit. If the time is exceeded, another day may be counted.
If the guest wanna an extension of the stay, he might get a different room.
The villa manager is not permanently in the object, if it would be necessary call the phone number.
Villa is strictly non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors.
No pets are allowed in the house.
Do not bring food and drink to your room.
Please, clean the fridge before your departure.
When the keys are lost, the guest will pay 1000 CZK.
Nightly time is valid from 22:00 to 06:30, at the time of day we would like to ask for considerate behavior towards other guests.
The whirlpool is free for our guests.
Using a whirlpool is at your own risk, pay extra caution on a wet floor.
In the whirlpool is prohibited the entrance to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Children under three years.
Recommended stay is max 30 minutes.
Use the shower before the entry. Take your swimsuits.
Do not bring your own things.
Max. 5 people.
Every guest has to report the risk of a fire.
Every guest is responsible for their own things (in the room, car, etc....).
Children under 10 years do not leave unattended.
If you would not keep the rules, the house manager might end your stay and ask for the full price.
